Get the most out of your future athlete’s training through tailored programming. Our experienced coaches build personal training programs specific to your kids’ needs. Choose between 30 or 60 minute sessions; one-on-one, with a buddy, or small group.  That’s right, your child can train with their sibling, best friend, or even you, right beside them. This is a great option for those who aren’t sure where to get started. Sports Specific Training

 

Sport Specific Personal Training is for the young athlete’s that are looking to either start up or take their game to the next level.  We offer sport-specific training in several disciplines depending on your skill level and goals.  Most sports training will be 60min sessions unless otherwise requested.  Training can be conducted individually, with a buddy, or in small group.
